Spicy Baked Chicken

Most people love a nice, crunchy fried chicken. It can be even better when it’s baked without much oil and it’s got a spicy kick to it.

Here’s my recipe for spicy baked chicken:

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips

  • Cajun seasoning

  • salt

  • 1/2 cup of buttermilk

  • 1 cup of Panko bread crumbs

  • canola oil

Method:

  • Heat the oven to 350°F.

  • Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning and salt to taste.

  • Then dredge the chicken in the buttermilk.

  • Then dredge the chicken with the Panko bread crumbs.

 

 

  • Heat some oil in an oven safe pan and shallow fry the chicken on both sides for 5 minutes. Then transfer the pan to the oven and bake the chicken for 20 minutes.
