Chimichurri Sauce

I had heard about Chimichurri Sauce but I had never tried it before so I decided to try my hand at it. Chimichurri Sauce originated in Argentina and it’s served over grilled meat. But, it’s your delicious sauce and you can serve over anything from roasted cauliflower to soups.

Here’s the recipe.


  • 3/4 cup of Canola oil

  • 1/3 of a cup of red wine vinegar

  • 1 cup of cilantro

  • 1/2 of a regular onion

  • 1 tablespoon of dried oregano

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 Poblano pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper

  • salt to taste



  • Put all the ingredients in the blender and blitz it all up.
