Spicy Green Beans

In this dish, the green beans are lightly fried and added to a tangy sauce. The beans are tender but still crunchy.

Here’s the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen cut green beans

  • 3 garlic cloves finely diced

  • 1 inch of ginger minced

  • 1 tablespoon of Mirin

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of chilli garlic sauce

 

Method:

  • Heat some oil in a pan and fry the green beans until they’re tender and remove them from the pan and set them aside.

  • Add the garlic, ginger, Mirin, soy sauce and chilli garlic sauce and stir them well.

  • Add the green beans back into the pan and mix it with the sauce.
