Salmon in a Tangy Tomato Sauce

I like canned salmon. There are so many ways of preparing it. It can easily be transformed into a quick and delicious meal. I cooked it in a simple yet flavourful tomato sauce.

Here’s my recipe.

Ingredients:

  • cooking oil

  • 1 large can of salmon drained

  • 1 onion roughly chopped

  • 2 cloves of sliced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1 serrano chilli sliced into rings

  • salt to taste

 

Method:

  • Heat the cooking oil and add the garlic. Once the garlic softens, add the onions..

  • Then add the salmon and cook it for about 5 minutes.

  •  Then add the tomatoes.

Finally, add the paprika, serrano chilli and salt to taste.
