Fluffy Egg and Pepper Scramble

I thought I knew how to make scrambled eggs until a fastidious eater said that my scrambled eggs were not fluffy. So, I I got some tips from chef Google and the fastidious eater is now a fan of my scrambled eggs.

Get your wire whisk and lets get started on my recipe.



  • 4 medium eggs

  • 1 bell pepper diced

  • a bunch of cilantro chopped

  • salt to taste



  • Heat some oil in a pan and add the bell peppers and cilantro.

  • While the bell peppers are softening, whisk the eggs until they are frothy.

  • Add the frothy eggs to the bell peppers and salt to taste. Stir until the eggs have cooked, taking care not to let them brown.
