Sauteed Watercress

Watercress is delicious in salads. With just a light dressing of olive oil and lemon and it’s divine. It’s equally tasty when its sauteed.

Here’s my recipe.


  • cooking oil

  • 3 cloves of chopped garlic

  • 3 small dried chillies broken up

  • 3 cups of washed and sliced watercress

  • salt to taste



  • Heat some cooking oil and add the garlic and dried chillies.

  • Once the garlic has softened, add the watercress and salt to taste.

  • Cook until the watercress has softened.
